This movie is like a partying movie and it all starts when a fraternity moves into a nice and calm suburban neighborhood. Every night they party and have huge ragers which really seems to bother Mac and Kelly and their daughter Stella. So then they think of a plan to get rid of them and do everything possible so that they get caught so there isn’t any more disturbances. I really liked this movie, Seth Rogen is a really funny actor all together so having him to this movie added a special type of atmosphere and character. I like how it puts a funny twist on how some quiet neighbourhood with a fraternity on it may feel and want to react. Overall the movie was really solid and I enjoyed it wholeheartedly. I would rate this movie 4.5 out of 5.

Frat boy mentality means lots of crudity, so much so that the movie become boring. Not much plot; as it escalates, you can figure out what will happen.
I haven't seen the sequel yet, but this movie was actually better than I expected. For some mindless and juvenile entertainment, it was good and fairly funny. I think the movies Nicholas Stoller directed previously (Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Get Him to the Greek and The Five-Year Engagement) were way too long. I appreciated that the runtime for Neighbors is closer to 90 minutes than 2 hours. If you have disliked Seth Rogen's other movies, you probably won't like this one either.
I'm not a huge comedy fan, but "Neighbors" had me guffawing quite often. Great dynamics and chemistry between all the characters.
A fun revenge film, I was rooting for Mac and Kelly to take out the devious frat brothers next door, which is just what the trailers promised me. I got what I expected and enjoyed it, so I'd recommend it.
Super funny movie!!! I loved it!!!
I watched this with my friends and we hasd a great time.
Poorly made movie which bases its "laughs" on juvenile and banal humour. Although we are not big Seth Rogen fans, this is definitely sub par.
What? Some parts were alright but this movie was kind of stupid if you ask me.
Horrid! Waste of time! Should've read reviews first before checking out this barf-fest. Such a fan of Zac Efron was looking forward to seeing his cute face. He's not good looking enough to save this movie. The sexually inappropriate jokes alone made me want to gag! Save your time and energy. Skip this one. Seriously!
Don't waste your time like I did. Terrible movie, bad acting and the plot was like a 2 year old wrote it.
It had its few comedic moments but ultimately, “Neighbors” tries to make light of things that are not very funny: disrespectful neighbors, immature adults, wasted college education, etc.
One joke movie and it wears out its welcome very early on. One very funny bit but you saw it in the preview.
I didnt even watch the movie, I heard it was suppose to be good so i reserved it. When I got it home and I read why it was rated R, and decided that I didnt need to bring excessive profanity and nudity into my home. I should have guessed so, most movies with Seth Rogan are a waste of time.
Have never renewed this item before and won't let me renew and I am not happy. Just checked out with the others and it allowed me to do so with those....Please let me know why not allowing me to do so.
There were a few laugh out loud moments, and fair play to Rose Byrne for embracing such a goofball role outside her usual profile. On the whole, however, it was relentlessly crass and silly, and so raunchy it makes "Revenge of the Nerds" look like "Monsters University".
Just a side note for everyone across the VPL database who continue to echo offense and be really disappointed in Seth Rogen's movies. His movies are slow, Offensive, sappy and generally tell a coming of age (30 somethings and up) story. He made stoner movies, he now makes coming of age stoner movies. I enjoyed Neighbors. I have been a part of both those worlds and can relate to what this Cannuckle head is portraying. I can always be happy with less offensive jokes since I am no longer 23... But I don't expect a change in his movies... Its what they do... Every Time.
