Written for parents of children aged 12-36 months, "125 Brain Games" contains fun, simple, creative, and educational games to promote brain development. Jackie Silberg promotes an interactive approach to activating children's synapses and highlights the importance of these games by referring to relevant brain research.

The book does get repetitive and it includes many obvious activities that most parents initiate on a regular basis, such as naming body parts. However, Silberg clearly shows how playing and bonding with young children results in a positive learning environment.
