There are other "famous" scholars who dealt with this topic. It bugged my mind why this Jesus, "Son/Sun of God" speaks about the "Father" in the Gospels and in the end, in the Book of Revelations the Jesus figure says: "I am that bright and Morning Star" (which, as we know from the OT represents Lucifer, who is an opponent of God.) I realized that the Jesus figure is both, it flip-flops. Later on I read other books, which said the original Gospels are not known to the public; the real ones were dug up during the First Crusade (1118-1127) and are kept at present in Scotland in a secret place. Other Bible scholars say the known Gospels are not the original teaching, because after the Roman Wars (in 67-70 AD) the texts of the original, very nationalistic teachings of Yehuda (which caused the revolt and the Roman Wars) were re-written to make them acceptable to the Romans. No text of the known Gospels is older than 125 AD, not a single original scroll is known, because they were well hidden. But at least one clue of the original teaching's nationalistic nature is left in one of the known Gospels, and it's that Jesus calls "dog" a half-blood woman, and helps her only when she admits she is a dog, which, according to the OT, has the right to the scraps from the Masters' table. Christopher Knight in "The Hiram Key" book says there are "strategic lies" in the Scripture. He says the original scrolls of Jesus exist. He says Jesus was sent by a religious group (who, by the way, wrote the Revelations), which in Revelations 5-10 said: "as priests and Kings of God we shall rule over the Earth." Another revealing book is Christopher Knight's book "Solomon's Power Brokers" (in Burnaby PL). The "Solomon's Power Brokers" book says the group in question was hiding inside the Roman Church but they had a hidden plan. Read the two books by Chistopher Knight and think for yourself. He says Jesus was sent by a secretive esoteric group, and his real teachings' scrolls are hidden and those are different from the known Gospels. If Geza Vermes emeritus (he is Hungarian, I am too) knows the Qumran (="Children of the Sun-God RA") Dead Sea Scrolls, he knows that 75% of them are not made public since 60 years, because they contradict what we know as Scripture. I wanted to put in here the name of the religious group that dug up and hid the Jesus scrolls dug up in 1118 but the checking program here would not let me do that. Their name is known but protected. You find it though in C.Knight's other book: "The Second Messiah."

The famous scholar Geza Vermes (1924- 2013) contends that Jesus was part of First Century Judaism. Highly readable.
