An excellent book that will help you to biohack your performance. The author is very knowledgeable in natural alternatives to complement your well being efforts in all aspects of your life: personal, professional, socially, etc.

If you are not familiar with some of the plants, herbs, amino acids and supplements mentioned din the book, I;d recommend you to do additional research so you can tailor those suggestions according to the needs of your body. Remember that none of us is created equally, and what is presented in the book are recommendations not prescriptions.

Recommended book to help you identify a plan and strategy on how to optimize your performance. Make sure to iterate trough that plan until you reach an optimal, efficient regime.
