This (座頭市鉄火旅) is a 93-minute Zatoichi (座頭市) drama directed by Kimiyoshi Yasuda (安田公義) and released on January 3, 1967.
It is the 15th installment of the 26 film sequels.
It stars Kiyoko Suizenji (水前寺清子) who was one of the most popular singers in 1967 and Makoto Fujita (藤田まこと) who started his career as a comedian in 1952 and became famous in 1962 when he played as Tokijiro Ankake (あんかけの時次郎) in the comedy-period series called "Tenamonya Sando-gasa (てなもにゃ三度笠)."
Shiho Fujimura (藤村志保) plays a daughter of an ex-swordsmaker (Eijiro Touno: 東野英治郎) who tells Zatoichi about the origin of his famous cane sword.
