Another crazy adventure with Emily and Shona.
After finding a diamond ring amidst some rocks, Emily has yet again upset Neptune.

After banishing her just about, Emily, Shona and Millie are stranded in the middle of nowhere where there is a castle surrounded by mist in the distance.

Upon learning about the curse and story of the inhabitants of the castle, Emily has made a new friend. Together they strive to rid the curse.

Emily Windsnap and the Castle in the Mist is a really good book, but I didn't like all the superstitious stuff in it (tarot cards, psychic readings, etc.) because I'm a Christian. Other than that, great book! My favorite character was Shona, I also like Emily and Aaron.

"I can't believe I ended up here," I said, looking at the ring on my finger and smiling. I could feel its warmth smile back at me. "I know I've had a few lucky breaks in my life, among all the crazy stuff! But surely that's about as much of a coincidence as you can get."
~Emily to Aaron about arriving at the castle
