Add a CommentJillian Michaels gives a good circuit training workout and def good for beginners or those who need some structure for their workouts. The only down side is that she doesn't do a cool down or stretch. Nice that I was able to break up the 6 circuits into 3 at a time as my toddler doesn't allow me the full amount of time! ;) overall good workout and have started seeing some results!
