This movie was very boring to me. Long has it been since I left my days of pot smoking as a prelude, mid-day snack, and finish to my day. (I'm not talking med marijuana. Some people need that, and it's much better than opioids in a lot of instances.) Lebowski, played by Jeff Bridges, smokes pot, drinks, doesn't have a full-time job. His friends and he are a part of the long-gone 1970's era of let's get high and feel better, and one is even a part of the revolution of the Viet Nam War. The time of the film is the 1990's era, and I was just bored by the humor, the story of the characters. I watched it because the supporting cast is made up of strong character actors who work all the time in the industry now, and it was the beginning, or near beginning of their careers. They were very good, as was Jeff Bridges. I just didn't like the story, and Lebowski lifestyle is boring for me to watch.
